Refund & Return Policy

At Rifno.com, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@rifno.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label or address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@rifno.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, the fastest way is to return your original item (once accepted) and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rifno.com.
